Tuesday, 2:30 Frigate and some other bird this morning. I'm on course for Kaneohe, Oahu.(I figure 420 miles as the crow flies. -- Katja)

Spent 3 hrs plotting position w. sextant, only off by 600 miles! sheesh. normal 1st time though.

6:49 a.m. Wind changed, angle of boat to waves woke me. Jibed to get back on course. Moon close to setting.

ReplyDeleteI called the Kaneohe Yacht Club. They said that he could tie for awhile at their docks. You can call the Port Captain, Bob Heard, at (808)291-7001. He asked that someone emails the details, such as, Boat, Skipper, Approx. Arrival, length of stay to him at - PortCaptain@kaneoheyachtclub.com
You might want to call and introduce yourself and Coby, and give him some details.
